Disclosure: The Fitbit, ICON backpack and Ring Doorbell mentioned below were provided by the manufacturers for review in this article. However, my opinions can never be bought.

In addition to being a Traveling Dad, I also appear on Rudy Maxa’s World – the most listened to travel radio show in the United States. Rudy’s show is syndicated nationwide and is listened to by roughly 2 million people every weekend.

Recently, on the show, I featured products that every traveler should know about including the Ring Doorbell, Fitbit Charge 2, Here One headphones and the InCase ICON backpack.

Ring Doorbell

The Ring is a wi-fi enabled doorbell that features an HD camera and enables you to see your doorstep when it senses motion or the doorbell is rung. Be “always home” with Ring by answering your door via your iPhone, Android or computer.

Fitbit Charge 2

The Fitbit Charge 2 is only $120 and has changeable bands for that adjust to your fashion tastes. The Charge 2, of course, tracks steps and also adds a heart rate monitor and auto-tracking of exercise, from brisk walks to jogs. It has a larger display than before and will keep you on task by showing you call, text and calendar alerts.

Here One Headphones

Here One is a brand new Bluetooth enabled headphone set that has active noise filtering, allows you to talk to Siri and Google Now and promises to perform better than Apple’s Airpods.

InCase ICON Back

It’s hard to find a backpack that can carry a laptop, mobile phone, iPad and all the associated cables and look good doing it. The InCase ICON is sleek, not overly heavy and accomplishes all this and more.
