Is 1900 Park Fare the best character breakfast at Disney World?

We love 1900 Park Fare. It may be our favorite Disney Character dining experience for either breakfast or dinner.

1900 Park Fare Breakfast

1900 Park Fare offers a variety of options on their character breakfast buffet, including an omelet station and a buffet for kids only. Hunter’s (my daughter) favorite item is the cold strawberry soup. Our server was even kind enough to get her the recipe!

Located in the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, breakfast includes character visits from Mary Poppins, Alice (from Alice in Wonderland), Mad Hatter (my favorite), Winnie the Pooh, and Tigger.

Another thing we like about 1900 Park Fare is that it’s usually not too busy. We got our reservation the night before. Unlike most Disney character dining experiences, we didn’t have to get our reservations, as soon as they opened for availability.

1900 Park Fare Dinner

For dinner, you get to see all your favorite princesses, including Prince Charming and Cinderella, as well as the wicked step-sisters.

1900 Park Fare

We often recommend 1900 Park Fare dinner to those guests that could not get into Cinderella’s Royal Table. It’s a great option for kids to see the princesses they’d see at the Royal Table experience, without needing a park ticket and without the stress of getting an impossible reservation.

The food on the dinner buffet includes many of my favorites, including a salmon that I love! It also includes seafood, salad, pasta and beef specialties. For the kids, the buffet includes chicken, cheese pizza and macaroni and cheese.

1900 Park Fare currently costs anywhere from $15-34.99 for breakfast and $35-59.99 for dinner. The lower prices represent the cost for kids under 9.

1900 Park Fare also offers a Wonderland Tea Party geared towards guest 4-12, so if you’d like a special tea experience for your little one, you may want to check out the Tea Party. Hunter loved it when she was younger.
