Taking the Kids Fishing. Worth It

A big part of modern parenting is “memory building.” We’re told in all of the magazines and self-help seminars that we should build memories with our kids. Every dad should take his kids to the auto show at least once. I’m not just saying that because I’m a car-obsessed automotive journalist either. It’s because auto shows are a staple of Americana and have a lot of entertainment for the whole family and at very little cost.
