Legoland Florida Resort introduces Ninjago World at its theme park in Winter Haven, Fla. just outside of Orlando. My family and I visited Legoland for the first time and did not know what to expect. We knew, from friends’ recommendations, that the park was particularly friendly towards younger kids. With two pre-school twin boy critics in the family, we ventured out to discover what it was all about.
Legoland invited my wife and blogger matriarch, Tara, to the grand opening of Ninjago World so the boys and I tagged along – she had little say in the affair. We found that the theme park was more accessible than some of its bigger, more well-known competitors. Parking is a piece of cake, leaving you with only short walk from the park’s entrance. The lack of long lines, starting from the entrance and ending in the most popular rides, was a pleasant surprise.
Ford Driving School
The boys loved the Ford Jr Driving School. There are two race tracks for different age groups – a junior one and a standard one. There are height requirements only age ranges: 3-5 for Ford Jr and ages 6-13 for the larger track.
